The 21st Annual Conference of the
National Advisory Committee on Computing Qualifications

New Zealand’s Annual Computing Conference 2008 will be held in Auckland New Zealand, and jointly hosted by AUT University, Manukau Institute of Technology and Unitec New Zealand. The Conference is held in cooperation with the ACM Special Interest Group on Computer Science Education (SIGCSE).

The program will consist of keynote speakers, workshops, paper presentations, posters, panels, software demonstrations, tips and techniques, and industry exhibits.  The 2008 Computing and IT Careers Forum will be held in conjunction with the conference on Friday 4th July 2008.

The conference venue is located in the heart of Auckland City, New Zealand, "The City of Sails", on one of the most beautiful harbours in the world. It is just 30 minutes away from the airport in downtown Auckland and close to all the main tourist attractions of the city.

Contribute to the Supplementary Proceedings

Authors are invited to contribute papers to the Supplementary Proceedings. Abstracts due 11 April 2008.

Call for Participation

NACCQ traditionally accepts submissions in the areas of Computing Education, Computing Research, Computing Practice and we welcome proposals in these areas. The official language of the conference is English, and all submissions must be original work.
